The bal­cony over­looks the pool and fea­tures a huge TV for enter­tain­ment. For the ulti­mate relax­ation, bask in the warmth of our six-seater hot tub.

A large kitchen and small­er sec­ond kitchen, two large fridge freez­ers, an aga, a dou­ble oven, two dish­wash­ers, microwave, cof­fee machine (Nespres­so cre­atista — some pods are pro­vid­ed but you may wish to pick up and favourites), fil­ter cof­fee machine. A highchair.

A wash­ing machine a wash­er dry­er and a tum­ble dryer. 


Din­ing Area

Adja­cent to the main kitchen can be arranged to seat 20 around 3 tables end to end. Cer­tain­ly suit­able for a large Christ­mas din­ner or get togeth­er event.


Lounge

The lounge is enor­mous with log burn­er and bal­cony over­look­ing the pool. 4 sofas, sev­er­al com­fy chairs and a 63 inch smart tv, ama­zon alexa. 

Bed­rooms

There are the 5 ensuite king bed­rooms (two on the ground floor), 2 king bed­rooms, 2 twin rooms. Linen and tow­els provided. 


Bath­rooms

Two main bath­rooms fea­ture a show­er and bath one with a huge walk in show­er, there is also a down­stairs loo. 

Out­doors

Pool

All weath­er, enclosed, heat­ed, out­door pool in a pri­vate enclosed patio area. The pool enclo­sure is lock­able to ensure child safe­ty. The use of the pool is pri­vate, not shared and not overlooked. 


Patio Din­ing

A patio din­ing area around the pool seats 14, with a sep­a­rate area in the gar­den to seat 6. There are two large char­coal BBQs and par­sons for each table. 

Seat­ing

Plen­ty of deckchairs, bistro set and sun loungers in addi­tion to the din­ing sets. 


Gar­den

The gar­den and pool area are fenced, we are a dog friend­ly property. 

The place is set in coun­try­side with a pri­vate access road and large park­ing area and extra park­ing avail­able around. A 3 pin plug can be made avail­able for car charg­ing by request.

Tre­browen lies in the Pem­brokeshire Coastal Nation­al Park that is beau­ti­ful what­ev­er the weath­er! Open fields all around, lambs skip­ping around in spring, beach­es with­in min­utes that beat the Mediter­ranean in sum­mer and offer world class surf­ing, kayak­ing, or qui­et bays for kids to swim and adults to snooze with half an eye open!

Whether you’re a stroller, walk­er cyclist or seri­ous hik­er the foot­paths offer breath­tak­ing scenery, calm serene bays, cliffs, dra­mat­ic Atlantic waves. Cafes & pubs for refresh­ments along the way.
