Brails­ford Water Mill can sleep 20 guests in 8 bed­rooms spread out over 3 floors.

The bed­rooms range from twin rooms, dou­ble rooms and fam­i­ly rooms (dou­ble and bunkbeds) Cots are also avail­able if needed. 

There are 2 bath­rooms, 1 show­er rooms and 1 ensuite show­er room.

There is a lounge on the mid­dle floor with orig­i­nal mill stone features. 

The kitchen is locat­ed on the ground floor with a large table and break­fast bar so you can all eat together. 

The gar­dens wrap around the side of the prop­er­ty with an out­door seat­ing area for BBQs and alfres­co dining. 

There are 2 mill ponds one to the front and back which are linked togeth­er via a mill race that goes down the side of the property. 

The gar­dens are fenced around the ponds, but we still ask that chil­dren are super­vised at all times when play­ing and explor­ing around the gardens.
