Cornish culinary specialities on your doorstep, or create your own
Situated 3km from lovely Padstow in Cornwall, lying in the hamlet of St Issey, you will find this stunning former 18th Century Manor House, Courthouse and Mill. Fully restored to its former glory by Parti Architects, the attention to detail is clear to see for the most discerning holidaymaker. The Interior has been sympathetically upgraded to provide all the facilities needed for the modern day luxury holiday home market, yet still managing to retain the original character and features of the property. The authenticity of the building’s past can be seen through the use of exposed Cornish slated walls, original beams, restored historic fireplaces and other raw materials that combine the C18 and the contemporary together.
The buildings combine to form a well thought out communal courtyard space at the heart of ARC Padstow, giving that indoor/outdoor vibe for all your group to enjoy.
Accommodating 26 guests across 12 king bedrooms all with their own shower/bathroom and 5 reception spaces, there is plenty of room for your group to relax, socialise, dance and enjoy meals and family celebrations together.
Please call the office for bookings of under 7 days before arrival date. Our payment terms/method differ for last minute bookings,.
